About Me
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, near the Blue Mountain foothills. As a child, I felt most at home outdoors – in nature, near bodies of water and trees, and with animals. As an adult, after years of navigating my own challenges, including addiction, depression, and sleep issues, I found what many call a healing path, one of remembering my wholeness and releasing what no longer serves me. Reiki came to me along this path as the gentlest awakening. The practice helps balance my nervous system, and from that space I feel more connected — to myself, to others, and to the natural rhythm of life I once knew so easily as a child.
In addition to practicing Reiki, I’ve spent years exploring eastern and western mysticism, yoga, meditation, breath work, sound healing, and plant medicine. All of these inform and deepen my personal style of Reiki.
I studied under the Usui Tibetan lineage and I approach Reiki now as a way of life – a connection to source energy. For me, Reiki is a way of remembering how to relax and receive, of transmuting pain and discomfort into peace and joy, and of encouraging expansion and growth. I invite my clients to soften and journey to the parts of themselves that are ready to transform.
